How can I get a refund or my unused money back and how long does it take?

A refund can be requested through our automated system or a live agent by calling 972-734-1111. If you have an Securus Onlline account, please log into your account by clicking HERE.

Once logged into your account, please follow the steps below-

1-Select Manage Account

2-Select Close Account

3-Select Close Account

4-Select Close Account again to confirm

Close Account & Request a Refund

Please be aware that your balance may not reflect calls received within the last 24 hours. Once you verify and submit the form below, your account will be closed and all future calls will be blocked. For all credit card transactions made via phone or Securus Online, full and partial refund amounts will be applied to the payment source last used. A refund will be issued within 10-12 days.

For payments made via Western Union, full refunds will be refunded through Western Union in 10-12 days and partial refunds will be issued by check via regular U.S. Postal Service mail in 2-3 weeks.

For payments made via MoneyGram or payments made by mail, full and partial refunds will be issued by check via regular U.S. Postal Service mail in 2-3 weeks. Please verify your address below. If your address is incorrect please go to "My Settings" and correct your address before closing your account.
